New Deal Service Day Registration

Participation Waiver: “I understand that Roosevelt University, its officers, trustees, members of its faculty, and agents or employees are not responsible of liable in any manner whatsoever for any injuries sustained by any participant (student, employee, or guest) or any personal property lost, damaged or stolen in connection with the New Deal Day event.  It is further agreed, in consideration of said event and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, that Roosevelt University, its officers, trustees, members of its faculty, and agents or employees are hereby released and forever discharged, and I do hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, release and forever discharge the same from any and all demands, actions, suits and sums of money and damages, both in law and equity which may result from the above mentioned event or from any hazard in connection with the above activities.”
